As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, driving sales and revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Familiar with money changing and remittance business
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Able to work Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays

Responsibility

• Manage and lead a team of sales and customer service staff

• Conduct accurate and efficient transaction handling.
• Conduct effective customer due diligence.
• To reconcile daily transactions.
