Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Human Resources, Business Administration or Management or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in general HR, experience as a HRBP will have added advantage.
  • Work experience in Logistic or transportation industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay. Proficiency is Mandarin and English is mandatory due to communication with Chinese stakeholders.
  • Possesses own transportation. Able and willing to travel to other states when required.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure.

Tanggungjawab

  • Build alignment with line managers to ensure HR best practices are implemented, in full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct on-site visits to strengthen relationships with front-line teams, assess the working environment, and identify potential labor-related risks.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to line managers on all HR-related matters.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date HR database, generate timely HR reports, and present findings and recommendations to the management team.
  • Manage HR documentation in accordance with company processes and policies.
  • Stay informed on emerging HR trends and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Working location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Working days and hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
