Kelayakan

  • Proficient in Mandarin and English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
  • Work Address:C Jalan PJU 1a/4a, Pusat Perdagangan Dana 1, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; experience in e-commerce or live-streaming recruitment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of talent sourcing techniques, interview methods, and recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume recruitment environment

Tanggungjawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, interviews, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, job fairs, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions and future manpower requirements.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and related analytics.
  • Coordinate with the HR department and other relevant teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand through recruitment events, campus programs, and social media engagement.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and Malaysian labor laws.
  • Participate in other HR initiatives such as workforce planning, internship programs, and employee engagement activities.
