Kelayakan

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development experience (preferably in IT, software, or digital agency), or other related sales experience.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Strong understanding of web systems, mobile apps, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Skilled in lead generation, client pitching, and proposal writing.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong follow-up discipline and problem-solving ability.

Tanggungjawab

  • Understand client needs and propose digital marketing solutions, customized web, mobile apps.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through advertising, cold calling, LinkedIn/email outreach, and networking.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting and qualification to proposal and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to each client.
  • Work closely with internal teams (project, technical, marketing) to ensure client expectations align with deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge..
