Requirements
PendidikanDiploma atau Ijazah dalam Kejururawatan, Pengurusan Penjagaan Kesihatan, Pembantu Perubatan, atau Pentadbiran Perniagaan.
PengalamanMinimum 1–3 tahun pengalaman bekerja di klinik, pusat penjagaan kesihatan, atau persekitaran pentadbiran yang serupa.
Kemahiran TeknikalMahir dalam Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), perisian pengurusan klinik (contohnya Medihub/e-Claim), dan asas penyimpanan kira-kira.
Kemahiran KomunikasiKomunikasi lisan dan bertulis yang baik dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris.
Kemahiran OrganisasiPengurusan masa yang baik, keupayaan melakukan pelbagai tugas, dan perhatian terhadap perincian.

Responsibilities
A. Clinical Operations
Assist doctors or practitioners during consultations, minor procedures, and treatments.
Prepare and sterilize medical instruments, treatment rooms, and equipment according to clinical hygiene protocols.
Record and maintain accurate patient information, including vital signs, medical history, and follow-up notes.
Manage patient appointments, walk-ins, and follow-up reminders efficiently.
Ensure proper disposal of clinical waste in compliance with Ministry of Health (KKM) regulations.
Monitor and replenish medical inventory, consumables, and clinic supplies regularly.
Guide and educate patients regarding treatment procedures, preparation, and post-treatment care.
B. Administrative & Management Duties
Handle patient registration, billing, receipts, and daily financial transactions.
Maintain accurate filing systems for patient records, staff documents, and administrative reports.
Oversee petty cash, clinic expenses, and monthly expenditure reporting to HQ.
Coordinate staff duty rosters, attendance logs, and leave records.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for procurement and maintenance matters.
Prepare monthly performance reports (sales summary, patient volume, operational cost).
Support HR-related matters such as onboarding, staff training schedules, and clinic SOP enforcement.
Manage correspondence (emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, and appointment confirmations).
Assist in marketing or promotional activities in coordination with the Sunnahloka Group HQ.
C. Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure the clinic adheres to KKM licensing requirements and health safety standards.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient and company information.
Conduct daily facility inspections (cleanliness, safety, equipment function).
