• At least 2 years of relevant experience in CNC programing and faucet manufacturing background.
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma
• Must have CNC Programming skill.
• Able to do design jig & fixture as an added advantage
• Independent & able to work with minimum supervision.
• PC literate, Good Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills and leadership Skills.
• Required Preferred language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Cantonese/ Mandarin (added advantage)

Purpose of the job     

• To operate machine according to the component or part to be produced.

Essential functions and responsibilities

• Manual GCode programming, operating and Milling CNC Lathe & Vertical Machining Centre.
• Troubleshooting machining and fabrication related issues.
• Handling setup of machine using tooling and jigs.
• To prepare the component or part before running by using the correct machine and jig.
• To check and set-up machine before starting production.
• To check the component or part is good during operating the machine.
• To make sure that the working instruction or specification used are correct and the product produced within specification.

Other duties and responsibilities

• Responsible to report to the Factory Manager in case of any abnormalities occur during in-process.
• Responsible to repair/rework all rejected product from the QC that can be repaired/reworked.
• To record all products produced in Production Weekly Record.
• Responsible to keep the working place safe and safety equipment are always used when handling the machine.
• To perform ad-hoc task related to the company.
