Kelayakan

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Able to handle confidential matters with professionalism
  • Experience in an HR agency or recruitment environment is a plus
  • Skills Required: Administrative Support, Human Resources (HR) Management, Record Keeping and Communication Skills
  • Prior experience in a law firm (especially in handling legal documentation, filing, and administrative matters) will have an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

  • Organize and manage company and HR documents
  • Prepare and record minutes of meetings (internal & with clients)
  • Handle emails and correspondence in English, Malay, and Mandarin
  • Manage the recruitment process: job postings, screening, interview coordination
  • Conduct onboarding & orientation for new hires (internal and client-based)
  • Handle and escalate employee complaints or grievances appropriately
  • Assist with HR reports, documentation, and policy support
  • Provide secretarial support to management
