1. Education and Experience

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Operations, or related field OR
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or order fulfilment roles (experience in e-commerce fulfilment is an advantage).

2. Technical and Operational Skills

• Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory systems, and shipping platforms (e.g. Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or similar).
• Knowledge of packing procedures, product handling, and courier coordination.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Google Sheets, ERP/WMS systems).

3. Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills

• Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Able to troubleshoot order discrepancies and handle operational challenges efficiently.
• Physically fit and able to handle light-to-medium warehouse tasks when needed.

4. Mindset and Personality

• Responsible, reliable, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
• Passionate about creating a smooth fulfilment experience for customers.

1. Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.
• Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with the purchasing and sales teams to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.

2. Order Processing and Fulfilment

• Manage order picking, packing, and shipping processes for e-commerce and retail orders (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
• Ensure all items are packed securely and correctly according to brand guidelines and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and couriers to ensure timely delivery and accurate shipment tracking.

3. Quality Control and Accuracy

• Verify product condition, quantities, and SKU accuracy before dispatch.
• Minimize packing errors and ensure all outgoing orders meet Music Bliss’ standards for quality and presentation.
• Support stock reconciliation and assist in periodic audits to maintain data integrity.

4. Process Improvement and Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, E-Commerce, and Customer Service) to improve fulfilment speed and reduce operational bottlenecks.
• Contribute ideas for improving packing efficiency, warehouse layout, and inventory tracking systems.
• Support system updates or transitions related to warehouse or fulfilment processes.

5. Teamwork and Cross-Department Collaboration

• Work closely with fellow warehouse staff and other departments to meet daily order targets.
• Uphold a strong sense of teamwork, accountability, and care in handling every customer order.
