Language Skills

  • Proficient in Mandarin; basic English communication ability required.

Professional Experience

  • Experience in marketing, sales, or commercial roles in the automotive wiring harness or automotive components industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
  • Familiar with business negotiation processes, able to prepare quotations and business documents independently.

Education Background

  • Diploma or above in Marketing, International Business, Management, or related fields.

Competencies

  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility with teamwork and execution ability.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Tanggungjawab

Market Development & Customer Management

  • Conduct market research and gather industry and competitor information.
  • Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships to support business growth.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to track project progress and post-sales requirements.

Quotation & Contract Management

  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and perform cost analysis in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in business negotiations and contract signing to safeguard company interests.
  • Monitor contract execution and coordinate internal resources to ensure on-time delivery.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze sales data and market trends; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Provide recommendations based on data insights to optimize customer portfolio and product mix.
  • Assist in developing sales targets and improvement plans.

Business Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the communication link between customers and internal departments, coordinating pricing, delivery, and quality matters.
  • Work closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
  • Participate in trade shows and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Internal Support & Administration

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, product presentations, quotation templates, and proposal documents.
  • Track departmental weekly and monthly reports and support KPI monitoring.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
