• Proficiency in handling, processing, and analyzing data, often using software like MS Excel and other database systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to meticulously manage complex parts data to avoid errors.
• Able to analyze parts data and generate reports to improve efficiency.
• Basic photography skills for parts (lighting, framing, angle)

Catalog Audit & Clean-up

• Review existing records; identify missing or inconsistent fields (interchange/cross-ref numbers, OEM numbers, fitment/vehicle models, dimensions/specs, materials, packaging, weight).
• Standardize naming conventions, units (mm/inch), abbreviations, and attribute formats.
• Merge duplicates; split incorrectly grouped items; flag superseded/obsolete parts.

Data Enrichment

• Research and fill in interchange numbers, OEM/aftermarket cross-refs, and compatible Isuzu and multi-brand models (engine/chassis codes, year ranges, variants).
• Capture dimensions (e.g., OD/ID/thickness/length/pitch/teeth/plug type), materials, and critical notes (e.g., L/R, 2WD/4WD, AT/MT, Euro 4/5).
• Record new part numbers following internal rules; maintain revision history.

Photography & Documentation

• Take clear, consistent reference photos /videos (front/back, connector/plug, labels, key measurements).
• Record similarities and differences between the parts.
• Apply file-naming and storage rules; attach photos to the correct SKU in system.
• Create quick “how to measure” micro-guides for recurring part types.

Quality Control

• Validate new entries against source docs (supplier catalogs, OEM PDFs, old invoices).
• Run weekly exception reports (missing fields, clashes, duplicates).
• Work with sales/warehouse to confirm edge cases and real-world fitment issues.

Inventory Efficiency

• Implement weekly/monthly cycle counts, reconcile variances, check newly arrived &returned items, to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Correct location codes/labels (e.g., A-01-05), scan checks, fix misplaced items.
• Analyze and reposition parts based on categories. Move fast-moving/related parts to front/eye-level, heavy items to safe lower shelves, group variants together, and place “kit” items nearby to improve picking efficiency and accuracy.
