Kelayakan

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales (fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome to apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good attitude, team player, and customer-focused mindset.
Possess own transport and willing to travel when needed.

Tanggungjawab

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in logistics and freight forwarding.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.
Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination of shipments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to stay competitive.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and client feedback.
