Kelayakan

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as an Accounts, HR & Admin Executive. This is a key in-house position that plays a pivotal role in managing our company’s financial records, HR operations, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking across functions.

Requirements

  • Only applicable for Malaysian only
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Mandarin proficiency is compulsory for this role.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks) and MS Office
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian HR and labor laws
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

 Details:

  • Loation: Batu Ferringhi
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Working Hours: [Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm]

Tanggungjawab

Accounts:

  • Handle full set of accounts and monthly closing
  • Prepare and manage payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and bank reconciliation
  • Maintain accounting records in compliance with relevant standards (e.g. MFRS, MPERS)
  • Assist with tax computations, SST submissions, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management
  • Manage payroll accounting and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS)

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and exit procedures
  • Handle payroll processing and HR documentation (employment letters, contracts, etc.)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations
  • Coordinate training and development activities
  • Manage leave and attendance records

Administration:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and office maintenance
  • Manage company licenses, insurance, and tenancy matters
  • Handle office procurement (supplies, stationery, equipment)
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
  • Maintain proper filing and document control systems
  • Support management with general admin and ad-hoc tasks
