Requirements
- Candidate must possess at SPM / Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience.
- Require skill(s) Possess computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales – retail / General or equivalent.
- Have strong attention to investigate and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Having a professional telephone handling manner and be a confident and friendly communicator.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for the sales and marketing team as required.
- Assist in all sales related activities in meeting company’s sales target.1 Yeer
- Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately and promptly
- Liaise with admin and planner to ensure all goods is delivered on time
- Manage relations with both new and existing customers
- Perform daily general administrative roles for sales team to ensure the smooth running of department such as data entry, processing order, general filing and etc.
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries
- Assist in any other task assigned from The Management from time to time.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
