Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin, Malay, and English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing or sales preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel.
  • Comfortable with chat-based communication.
  • Flexible for on-call or after-hours client meetings.
  • Detail-oriented and sensitive to numbers.

Tanggungjawab

  • Check and analyze daily transaction volumes through the system.
  • Report findings and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Respond to merchant messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reach out to inactive or old merchants for reactivation opportunities.
  • Assist with merchant listings, documentation, and service setup.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing merchants to ensure satisfaction with current services.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with the finance department on invoicing matters.
  • Communicate scheduled maintenance, service updates, or technical announcements to merchants.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure minimal service disruption.
