Service Crew

The Service Crew / Senior Service Crew is responsible for taking customers’ orders, answering questions, and making recommendations on menu items, preparation and serving food/beverages to customers, and performing cashiering duties. Kitchen Crew

The Kitchen Crew is responsible for preparing a variety of dishes. Production Kitchens are responsible for the receiving, storing, organizing, distributing food and supply items. Preparation of daily mise en place. He/ She is expected to observe health and safety standards for all food, and equipment; make requisitions for food supplies; and ensure that food items are properly stored.
