Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in accounting.
  • Mandarin speaking (to liaise with internal teams / suppliers).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Good attention to detail, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Tanggungjawab

  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
  • Ensure timely month-end closing and accurate financial entries.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
  • Prepare and manage payment vouchers, invoices, and billing documentation.
  • Assist with tax submissions, SST, and other statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when needed.
  • Support day-to-day finance operations and administrative tasks.
