- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Able to work independently and possess good initiative.
- At least 1- year of working experience in the related field.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with all parties in the project.
- Highly disciplined, punctual, responsible, and very duty-bound.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, work
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for monitoring incoming and outgoing materials and preparing on-site meeting minutes.
- Ensure all documents are compliant with ISO and Company's requirements.
- Maintain and establish a filing system and preserve all documents and correspondence
- Compile and prepare reports and other documents as required by the PM/CM/SE.
- Generate a relevant report for purchasing/shipping monthly and maintain updated purchasing data/record/pricing in the system's internal databases.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
- Performs any other ad hoc duties as and when required
