Job Description

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in [Business Administration / Marketing / Accounting / Logistics / relevant field].
  • Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, punctual, and responsible.
  • Able to commit to a minimum internship period of [3/6 months].
  • Internship placement based in [location, e.g. HQ office / Pudu].

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating daily supply chain activities such as order processing, stock movement, and delivery scheduling.
  • Support procurement tasks including preparing purchase orders and following up with suppliers.
  • Help monitor inventory levels and assist in stock count or cycle count exercises.
  • Update and maintain supply chain records, documents, and system data accurately.
  • Assist in liaising with internal departments (e.g., production, warehouse, QC) to ensure smooth flow of materials.
  • Support logistics planning and tracking of inbound/outbound shipments.
  • Help identify and suggest improvements in supply chain efficiency.
  • Perform other supply chain-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
