- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training and guidance will be provided.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn new design tools and concepts.
- Possess a good attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to deadlines.
- Business-minded with interest in practical and marketable design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Target-oriented and able to handle multiple projects under minimal supervision.
- Computer literate – proficiency in design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Foyr Neo, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and visualization skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist in developing interior design concepts, space planning, and material selections.
- Produce 3D visualizations, layout drawings, and presentation boards for client proposals and marketing purposes.
- Collaborate with the design team to prepare renovation quotations and proposals.
- Support project coordination — including site visits, taking measurements, and monitoring project progress when required.
- Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure design intent and quality are achieved.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve design concepts and project efficiency.
- Ensure all design deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain proper documentation and organization of project files.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with interior design trends, materials, and software tools.
