Key Responsibilities:

• Accomplishes quality control staffs results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains quality control staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
• Oversee and monitor the inspection and testing of materials, parts and product to ensure adherence to established quality standard. Supervise QC daily activities and provide training.
• To verify any non-conformance detected by QC, provide guidance, coaching and disposition to the leaders and QC.
• Establishes inspection protocol, determines equipment and mechanism used in testing or inspection processes including First Article Run or Qualification Run.
• Responsible to prioritize and managing schedule to meet delivery Internal Due Date. Monitor all outstanding is being managed effectively within agreeable target timeline.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001, AS9100 & ISO14001, equivalent International Quality System and Customer Requirement.
• Liaise with Quality Engineers, Production, or Quality Manager to resolve all Quality related issues in relation with the organization business / operations activities with full integrity.
• Provide feedback and solution for problem related areas to improve the overall quality performance to achieve company quality objectives and individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
• To ensure the multitasking skill and job competency of QC.
• Proactively and responsive on daily delivery issue.
• To enforce work discipline to all QC inspectors (work instruction, control plans, attendance, tardiness, competency etc.
• To maintain tools and equipment’s use by QC in good condition, develop and enforce 5’s and safety activities throughout the organization.
• Notify subcontractors or Suppler Chain of reasons for rejection and parts received.
• To conduct any ad-hoc tasks request from the Top Management at any time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificates/ Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5 years and above of supervisory experience in similar industry.
• Proficient in using ERP systems and basic QC reporting tools.
• Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and self-discipline.
• Able to work independently under pressure and able to lead group of QC team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
