About The Role

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented candidate to support our growing online platform operations.

The role involves handling customer enquiries, follow-up coordination, and supporting daily operational processes professionally.

This is a fast-paced office environment requiring strong communication and follow-up discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email & website
• Follow up leads until successful completion
• Support online operational tasks and submissions
• Coordinate customer requests professionally
• Process telco and related online payment requests

Requirements

Malaysian, age 21–40

Minimum Diploma / Degree qualification preferred

1–3 years admin-related office experience preferred

Good communication and client handling skills

Comfortable handling online enquiries daily

Basic computer skills (Word / Excel)

Own transportation

Responsible and able to work independently

Internship Applicants

RM600 per month

Internship positions are open to DEGREE HOLDERS ONLY.

Priority will be given to internship candidates seeking long-term career opportunities and potential full-time conversion upon successful internship completion.
