Responsibilities
Data Entry and Records: Basic accounting knowledge required, Creating and updating records, managing databases, and filing documents (both physical and digital).
Correspondence: Answering phones, managing email correspondence, and distributing mail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and filing.
Proficiency in Technology: Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners) and software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Organizational Skills: High level of organization with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
