We are a property development company looking for a dedicated Conveyancing Secretary to support our in-house conveyancing work and handle documentation for our development projects. You will work closely with an experienced lawyer and internal departments to ensure documentation is accurate, complete and delivered on time.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Legal Documentation: Assist in preparing and coordinating documentation related to Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), loan documentation and related correspondence.
- Financing Coordination: Liaise with banks / financiers on Bridging Loans, End-Financing, and monitoring Loan Drawdowns, documentation status and required supporting documents.
- Communication: Handle calls / email and liaise professionally with purchasers, lawyers, bankers, agents and relevant internal departments.
- File & System Management: Maintain proper physical and digital filing, supporting documents and ensure records are complete and well-organised.
- Timeline & Deadline Tracking: Monitor progress of each files, follow up outstanding items and ensure key timelines are met for smooth project execution.
- General Support: Any other duties as assigned by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a legal firm or related training (specifically in Conveyancing).
- Education: Candidate must possess at least an “A” Level / Pre-U / Professional Certificate, Law, Secretarial / Administration or equivalent.
- Language: Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Technical Skills: Competent in MS Office and able to prepare documents and correspondences with high accuracy and good typing speed.
- Personal Traits: Self-motivated, meticulous, organised, able to multi-task, and comfortable working independently under tight deadlines.
- Organization: Strong in organization, task planning, and follow-up skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
