Full Time RESIDENT ARCHITECT ( CONTRACT) Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in SERADA REALTY SDN BHD Pasir Puteh - Maukerja

1️. On-Site Representative of the Architect

• Acts as the official representative of the architectural firm on site.
• Ensures construction works follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Consults the principal architect on major technical issues.

2️ .Review Drawings & Specifications

• Check the contractor’s shop drawings.
• Ensure materials, finishes, and workmanship comply with contract specifications.
• Monitor variations related to design changes.

3️. Quality Control

• Conduct regular site inspections.
• Ensure workmanship meets industry standards.
• Record non-compliance and direct corrective actions.

4️ . Coordinate With Stakeholders

• Liaise with:
• Client / Developer
• Civil & Structural Engineer
• M&E Engineer
• Main Contractor
• Attend weekly site meetings and progress reviews.

5️. Approval & Documentation

• Verify works before interim claims.
• Certify architectural completion for payment stages.
• Involved in CCC (Certificate of Completion & Compliance) under the supervision of the Board of Architects Malaysia.

6️ . Site Issue Resolution

• Resolve design conflicts with actual site conditions.
• Propose practical solutions without deviating from original design intent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (LAM Part I & II)
• Registered with the Board of Architects Malaysia
• 3–5 years of site experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
