Responsible for overseeing the hotel’s front office, housekeeping, and guest services operations to ensure high service standards, smooth daily operations, and guest satisfaction while maximizing room revenue and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front office and housekeeping operations
• Ensure guest satisfaction and service quality
• Monitor room occupancy and room status
• Handle guest complaints and operational issues
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments
• Train and supervise room division staff

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• 5+ years of hotel operations experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of PMS systems such as Opera or Fidelio
• Ability to manage multiple departments and resolve issues efficiently
• Strong customer service and team management skills

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
