Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in airfreight operations, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.

Proven experience leading and managing an Airfreight Department (HOD level experience is an advantage).

Strong knowledge of airfreight processes, documentation, and logistics operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and logistics-related systems.

Team-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

Lead and manage the Airfreight Department, overseeing daily operational activities and ensuring smooth workflow.

Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members while monitoring performance and productivity.

Ensure all airfreight shipments are handled efficiently and in compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Supervise, guide, and support airfreight staff in achieving operational excellence.

Monitor shipment progress, resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Maintain strong relationships with airlines, agents, customers, and service providers.

Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Foster teamwork and a positive working environment within the department.
