Manage Standard Communication & Training:

• Manage Technical Training
• Manage Sharing Session with CAM/Agent
• Manage Awareness Poster Food Safety & Halal

Manage Product Quality Assurance:

• Packaging Sampling & Validation Raw
• Material – Lab Analysis
• Packaging Sampling & Validation -Packaging Material
• Packaging Artwork (New)
• Packaging Artwork (Existing)
• Product Verification & Monitoring

Manage Certification:

• Manage Certification (Application) - Food, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, Halal
• Manage Certification (Renewal)
• Manage Certification Update
• Manage Certification Request

Manage Complaint:

• Manage Supplier Complaint
• Manage Customer Complaint
• Manage Product Recall & Withdrawal

Manage Audit:

• Manage Internal Audit
• Manage Supplier Audit
• Manage Supplier Audit
• Manage Advertisement Monitoring

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Materials Science, or a related discipline
• 5–10 years in Quality Assurance/Control, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience in the FMCG or VDS sector is strongly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of ISO standards, GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Track record of implementing, maintaining, and improving robust Quality Management Systems.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to build a motivated, transparent, and high-performing QA team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ethical, decisive, and calm under pressure
• Detail-oriented yet strategic, with a proactive approach to risk and compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
