Key Responsibilities

Livestream Operations & On-site Support

• Assist in livestream preparation, including product setup, inventory organization, equipment checks, and livestream arrangements.

• Coordinate and support the overall livestream process to ensure smooth execution.

• Work closely with livestream hosts and team members during live sessions.

• Handle on-site operational tasks and provide immediate support when required.

• Monitor livestream performance and assist in reporting sales and engagement results.

Overseas Travel & Product Sourcing Support

• Travel with the team to countries such as Korea, Japan, Taiwan, China, and Thailand for livestream projects.

• Assist in product sourcing, selection, and preparation for livestream campaigns.

• Keep up with market trends and identify potential best-selling products.

• Support the team in executing overseas livestream activities and special campaigns.

Marketing & Brand Campaign Support

• Assist in executing marketing and promotional activities.

• Participate in content creation and campaign planning.

• Contribute ideas to improve livestream engagement and customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in livestreaming, e-commerce, sales, retail, customer service, or related fields is an advantage.

• Passionate about social media, livestreaming, and online sales.

• Willing and able to travel overseas frequently.

• Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected situations.

• Possess a valid passport.
