Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support daily office operations and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
The ideal candidate must be organized, responsible, and capable of managing paperwork and documentation with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Manage and organize company documents, files, and records
- Prepare reports, letters, and internal documentation
- Assist in HR-related matters (attendance, staff records, etc.)
- Support finance/admin team with basic documentation and coordination
- Ensure proper filing system (physical & digital) is maintained
- Assist management in day-to-day operational tasks
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- At least 1 year of working experience in admin / office support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle paperwork accurately
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
Experience:
