Perform laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

Conduct routine quality inspections on production lines.

Accurately record and maintain test results, inspection data, and quality logs.

Operate, maintain, and clean laboratory testing equipment.

Assist in sample preparation and testing for IV, moisture, contamination, and physical properties.

Support calibration and verification of laboratory instruments.

Identify and segregate non-conforming materials or products.

Follow laboratory safety rules, PPE requirements, and chemical handling procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory and inspection areas.

Assist during internal and external audits and inspections.

Support ISO management system implementation by performing inspections, monitoring, and record-keeping in accordance with ISO and ISO 22000 procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety and halal requirements.

Support documentation control, filing, and record retention per ISO requirements.

Report abnormal results, quality issues, or equipment malfunctions promptly.

Support quality improvement activities and trials.

Assist in customer complaint investigations and corrective action implementation.

Perform other duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Science, or a related field
• Previous experience in manufacturing or quality control is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection and documentation practices
• Able to work in a factory environment and perform hands-on tasks
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
