Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen
Oversee floor staff to maintain efficient service flow during operations
Ensure food quality, portion control, service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness are consistently followed
Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
Communicate order details clearly and accurately with kitchen staff to avoid delays or errors
Provide immediate frontline support during manpower shortages, peak hours, or operational issues
Handle onboarding and orientation for new employees
Monitor daily stock levels and usage
Control wastage and ensure proper inventory management
Coordinate with PICs, HR, purchasing, and logistics teams for operational needs
Identify performance gaps and support outlet in achieving monthly targets
Prepare daily sales reports, operational reports, expense records, stock reports, and operation logs
Manage POS systems and online ordering platforms for smooth operations
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
