  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma preferably in F & B, Hotel Management, Hospitality or equivalent
  • Possess 3 to 4 years’ of working experiences in a supervisory role for an F&B industry
  • Understand and have experience working on POS restaurant operation
  • Proficient in full spectrum of casual/fine-dining restaurant function
  • Meticulous, mathematically incline and possess good people skills
  • Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relationship with diverse guests and employees within the restaurant
  • Excellent vision required for seating guests, expediting food, cleaning equipment, reading floor plans, charts and schedules
  • Self-discipline and self-motivated and enjoys interacting with people and serving customers
  • Always maintain high standard of personal hygiene with clean appearance and neatly attired
  • Pleasant, Polite manner, Energetic, cheerful, and hardworking
  • Possess enthusiasm in learning and keen to get feedback for improvement
  • Ability to engage in physical activities which requires long hours of standing during the working shift
  • Require to work on rotating shift basis which include weekends and public holidays

Tanggungjawab

  • Daily Operation & Customer Handling
    • Primarily responsible for tasks related to restaurant operations, effective work schedule to maximize manpower resources and initiatives to build the business on all day parts.
    • Maintains critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation
    • Enforce compliance with policy guidelines established by the RV Group and the relevant regulatory requirements
    • Measure guests’ satisfaction and execute plan to improve their satisfaction and increase their loyalty
    • Collaborate with operations management team to develop and carry-out procedures and ideas to continuously improve outlet performance
    • Conduct day-to-day shift with proper shift briefing
    • Supervise the smooth operations of restaurant to ensure that the service is provided promptly, courteously and professionally
    • Ensure in-restaurant procedures for new products and services are conducted accordingly
    • Enforce compliance of security and verification procedures when handing deposits and the contents of the safe
    • Maintain restaurant business and people related documents appropriately for proper recording and future reference
    • Ensure that all daily paperwork, periodic inventories and statistical reports are completed accurately and on a timely basis
    • Possess full knowledge on food, beverages and other products & services served/provided by the Restaurant
  • Sales Bulding and Cost Management
    • Responsible for achieving monthly sales target by deploying the local store marketing (LSM) strategies leveraging on correct and updated data
    • Take necessary measures to ensure promotions are executed effectively to achieve/exceed the expected sales result
    • Monitor spending and expense items that are within the restaurant limit in ensuring budgets are met
    • Ensures that expenditures related to Front of House (FOH) stay within budget limitations and immediately takes action to correct any P&L line item deviation
  • People Care
    • Contribute local store marketing (LSM) ideas to build sales
    • Accurately projects manpower needs vs sales forecast when scheduling staff for each work shift to ensure cost effectiveness
    • Execute promotions effectively to maximize sales potential
    • Manage and utilize resources effectively to maximize return
    • Monitor controllable spending and expense items to ensure budgets are met and revenue are increased
  • Food Safety / Sanitation
    • Enforce and manage all food safety and sanitation requirement and practices
    • Workplace Safety & Security 
    • Ensure all security procedures (cash deposits, staggered method of opening, closing, etc) are executed accordingly
    • Understand and implement all workplace safety policies procedures at all times
    • Ensure emergency & evacuation procedures are in place and undertake regular practices of those procedures
    • Assist to undertake risk assessments on all restaurant specific issues, where the absence of such could put employees and guests at risk
    • Assist in conducting full investigations for workplace incidents in the restaurant promptly and act upon any rectifications or work improvements
  • Others 
    • Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned by the Restaurant Manager/Sr. Restaurant Manager during non-peak hours
