Theme Park Assistant

• Operate the attraction according to the trained Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s);
• Manage queue lines;
• Ensure compliance with ride restrictions;
• Load and unload rides;
• Ensure personal, Guest and Crew safety at all times;
• Report any machinery failure and maintenance required to the supervisor

Entertainment Crew 

• Provide positive guest service for guests in the theme park;
• Assist Assistant Stage Managers & Stage Managers with daily venue management and coordination;
• Assist in the dressing up/down of performers (if neccesary) and ensure that the characters's appearance adhere to SOPs;
• Assist in the crowd control during shows;
• Making sure that props are well maintained before/after shows;
• Perform Front Line duties if IT is for the benefit of the department.

Tukang Jahit

• Repairing linen
• Collecting, sorting, inspecting, measuring and cutting linens
• Operating sewing and patching equipment
• Able to work on all types of fiber and furs

Guest Service Crew 

• Assisting in all aspects of customer service such as answering guest enquiries and handling guest feedback;
• Assisting guests with tagging of wristbands across all units;
• Supporting the wider team in queue management across all units;
• Handling situations such as lost children and lost property in adherence to the SOPs in place by management;
• Handling various payment methods such as cash, credit / debit card, WeChat pay, Alipay and e-comp slip;

Retail Crew 

• Open and close the store according to trained SOP’s.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by presenting the features and benefits of the merchandise to the Guests.
• Display stock attractively according to presentation standards
• Participate in stock takes.
• Receive and process incoming stock.
• Report out of date, missing or damaged stock.
• Process stock transfers.

Theme Park Technician, Senior Theme Park Technician, Theme Park Technical Supervisor 

• Carry out repairing and maintenance in compliance to standards set by principals & divisional Safety and Sustainability requirements.
• To perform engine & equipment general electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• To perform diagnostics checks and evaluation on equipment performance.
• To recommend on parts required for service jobs.
• To check spare parts before delivery.
• To communicate with technicians for job schedule planning, equipment maintenance and repair job
• Ensure work performed is documented timely upon completion of service job.
• Ensure service jobs are completed efficiently within Standard Job Hour guidelines.
• Ensure all jobs performed in compliance with the Divisional Safety, Health and Environmental Policies and standards set by the principal.
