We are looking for a Kitchen Crew with a great personality who is able to multi-task various tasks, possesses a flair in replying to customers' enquiries, and eager to grow with the company. If you are able to perform well in a fast-paced environments, we would love to meet you!
- Minimum SPM
- Diploma in Culinary and other related studies is an advantage.
- Willing to learn new sets of skills.
- Fast learner.
- Active listening and effective communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills.
- Must be able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work on laptop and use basic Excel and Word.
- Willing to work weekends and on public holidays.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar job scope and role is an advantage.
- Team spirit - always work as a team to complete tasks.
Working time/Location:
- Work 6 days a week, Tuesday-Sunday, 6am-4pm
- Homebased in Seksyen 14, Petaling Jaya.
- Owns a car (optional).
Tanggungjawab
The selected candidate will be required to take on at least 75% the role and responsibilities of the founder.
As Kitchen Crew:
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen crews' daily tasks, meals, work schedules.
- Assist in kitchen tasks and processes (food preparation, basic cooking and cleaning).
- Prepare orders received online and for distribution to grocers.
- Manage inventory for raw materials and packing materials.
- Quality Check (QC) food preparation and packed orders.
As Customer Service:
- Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence in customer service.
- Reply and communicate to customers' enquiries (using personal phone for now).
- Manage orders and deliveries using our online ordering system.
- Write notes for customers as per request.
- Make sure correct orders are packed for customers.
