• Plan, Organize and Lead the Sales & Marketing team to achieve BOD's mission and vision.
• Ensures that all sales & marketing activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
• Responsible to plan, organize and coordinate Property Development Sales & Marketing functions. This will include, but is not limited, to core areas such as management reporting, coordinating events / functions with the development team, coordinating sales with agents / real estate partners, customer relations, canvassing / developing new customers / business partners, market intelligence, achieving objectives and any related business / sales / marketing initiatives.
• Plan, organize and coordinate all Property Sales & Marketing image with creative concept to produce marketing, graphic designs, illustrations, promotional & advertising material for online & offline platform.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Property Sales & Marketing industry is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in KOTA KINABALU.
