Tanggungjawab

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare monthly salary for all staffs
2. Calculate monthly overtime for office/operation staffs
3. To handle staff leave, MC and daily attendance
4. Handle ISO of the company
5. To communicate with staff any issue relate to HR
6. To handle SOCSO, EPF & HRDF
7. To handle staff training/schedule time to time
8. To assist management with any issue relate to daily business operation
9. Source for suitable candidates, screen resumes and coordinate interviews
10. Monitor, maintain and update the HR database and employee personal files

JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Possess own transport
2. Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource/related field/
3. ************* years of working experiences in Human Resource/related field
4. Multitask/able to work under minimal supervision
5. Strong communication skills
6. Able to commence work immediately
