Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledgeable of HR functions.

1. LABOUR LAWS
Ensure that the Company at all location complies with statutory regulations relating to employment and issues administrative instructions relating to employment and issues administrative instructions are required.
2. POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Monitor compliance and adherence to agreed HR policies, procedures and practices including conditions of employment, discipline and welfare for consistency and of HR services.
3. PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION
Ensure that adequate personnel records are kept at all locations, as required by law or as required for management information.
4. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Plan, manage and control the effective implementation of training & development strategies, plans & initiatives to ensure development of staff to meet current & future & operational needs.
5. INDUSTRIAL & UNION RELATIONS
Ensure proper management of all industrial relations matters including handling of misconducts, grievances and dispute in order to achieve compliance with statutory & legal provisions, company policies as well as safeguard the company's interests . Also manages management & union relations to preserve industrial harmony in the organization.
6. STAFF DEVELOPMENT
Responsible to assist immediate superior for ensuring that staffs in the human resources department are motivated, trained and instructed in their duties, and that the department functions counseling of subordinate staff.
7. MANPOWER PLANNING
Assist immediate superior to reviews manpower requirements in dealing of the Company and advises management in the formulation of recruitment and training policies.
8. STAFF DISCIPLINE
Assists line management in dealing with grievances and disciplinary matters and participates in grievance and disciplinary procedures at the appropriate stage.
9. STAFF WELFARE
Plan and manage general staff welfare, including events, programs and services such as canteen and medical services, and leads in the organization of company staff functions.
Assists in analyse and prepare HR Reports on various personnel matters, and analyses trends in absences, medical leave, resignations etc for management information, deliberation and action.
11. OUTSOURCES OF MANPOWER
Assist to manage outsource manpower contractor to ensure they comply with Labor Law and immigration rules and regulations requirement and taking care the workers basis needs and welfare.
12. HR ADMINISTRATION
Looks after company's fleet of cars Company quarter/staff accommodation.
