Qualification - SPM, STPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate diploma, Professional degree
Have experience in online sales is a plus
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Required skill(s) - Computer knowledge, internet research
Knowledge of customer service practices
Experience working in a call center environment
Able to work under pressure when customer queries is high on certain days
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Communicating courteously with potential customers by telephone, media social, email & live chat
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the potential customers' complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Responsible to gather market information and customer feedback
To achieve sales target by servicing potential and also existing customer base for repeat orders.
