Kelayakan

  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
  • Able to speak in mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Good attitude, Responsible, Hardworking and Able to multi-task
  • Computer literate
  • School leaves or fresh graduate are encourage to apply as on job training will be provided (OJT)

Tanggungjawab

Procurement Admin

  • Assist Procurement Department with daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
  • Assist to compile issues in relation to supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors. Report to be prepared and go through with Senior Procurement Executive.
  • Update the stocks pricing on timely basis
  • Assist to coordinate with inventory team, management, and stockroom as required.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Assistant Procurement Manager

Corporate Sales Admin

  • Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing and submission of sales orders and quotations
  • Work with internal departments (store, purchasing, sales, finance & admin) to ensure sales order timely delivery
  • Keep superior
  • Able to work independently in fast-paced working environment.
  • Keep Section Head informed on any customer problems/opportunities timely

HR Admin

  • Publish and Remove Job advertisement
  • Assist in processing received resumes
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Assist to organize and manage new employee orientation/on boarding programs
  • Employees' document filing and database update
  • Tracking of office supplies ,equipment and furniture and arranging for purchasing when necessary
  • Answer employees' questions related to their benefir and provide requested information
