Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities

Assist sales team on daily operation tasks.
Attend to sales enquiries through phone or emails and prepare sales quotation.
Generate and process sales orders.
Issue Purchase Order and liaise with external parties such as vendors and partners on stock status.
Perform goods receiving and stock taking.
Issue invoice and delivery order.
Notify and remind customers on the expiry of product subscriptions.
Check and update stock list.
Update and issue support contract.
General office administrative tasks.

Requirements
Bachelor degree or diploma in Business Administration/Commerce or any field.
Experience in selling IT solutions is added advantage.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
Positive attitude and result oriented.
