- Fresh graduates of Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI Intermediate
- Able to read and write in English
- Maintains accurate records of accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, payroll and other financial data.
- Prepares and issues invoices and credit memos, applies cash receipts, reconciles company revenue.
- Compile and update employee records.
- Compile and update employee attendance and leave records
- Solves customer issues and performs general office tasks, such as answering the phone, typing letters and filing.
- Assist in the day-to-day administration and operational tasks
- Working Day: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
