Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Administration / Real Estate Management or equivalent discipline
Preferably with minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills.
Pleasant personality and able to work independently
Possess on transport
Working hour is 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)

To monitor properties listing and rental collection.
Ensure and well manage land title deeds, leases and tenancy agreement, sales & purchase agreement, and other assignment duly adjudication.
To assist Property Manager to manage the financial operation of the properties assigned including, but not limited to the collection of all charges, rent due and other monies, to recover arrears, processing of all outgoing payments, preparation and control of budget, procurement and maintenance of adequate insurance coverage, submission of insurance claims and all other insurance related matters.
Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of properties assigned including, but not limited to the provision of customer service and attending to customer's complaints and/or service requests, all verbal and written communications and/or representations from the customer and/or authorities as and where necessary.
To manage quotation and liaise with contractor on repair, renovation & maintenance matters of property building.
Responsible for the office administration of the assigned properties, including but not limited to the maintenance and upkeep of office records, organizing of meetings and preparation of minutes and preparation of reports.
Conduct market mapping and survey on the potential sites.
All other responsibilities, requirements, efforts or working conditions associated with the position in the properties assigned.
Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.
Mondays to Fridays 5 Days Work (Saturdays if Required)
