Minimum 4 years (Executive)

Proficiency in the Mandarin language is mandatory as job duties require liaisons with our production units in China.

 

Education:

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any related field.

 

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of related experience in an executive position. Ideal candidates will have product sourcing experience, with the ability to coordinate and track the progress of allocated tasks across daily deadlines. 

 

Required skills:

  • Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Accurate note-taking and database entry skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving.
  • A self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with people at all levels, both within the organization and externally.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision

Tanggungjawab

Job Brief:

We are an established Premium Corporate Gift company. We are looking for a well-organized Product Coordinator to provide the necessary support to our sales team by sourcing for corporate gift products. The successful candidate will become the central point of reference between the sales team and corporate gift suppliers, both local and in China.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparation of order entry, checking stock availability, raising purchase requisition, order checklist, delivery of stocks, and any other administrative duties required by the sales team.
  • Liaise with the internal sales team, to ensure the smooth processing of each order.
  • Sourcing of assigned commodities (ie. premium gift products) by deploying best practices, procurement tools, and negotiation skills.
  • Source suppliers, and assist with bid evaluations, cost analyses, price justification, and risk assessment of suppliers.
  • Maintain proper documentation of forms & reports, keep schedules, and provide feedback and information.
  • Responsible for product quality assurance according to specifications and deliverables.
