SUMMARY OF ROLE

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overall Facility WRGC, HLB, FDPAS, and Project Management. To lead System Owner towards Section’s KPI.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide continuous and stable operation in supporting products such as UPW/ DI, IW, DW, WWTP, FWTP, Gas & Chemicals.
Lead team to meet plant requirements including hookup/un-hookup, troubleshooting, workshop service, new construction build-up, production environmental improvement, renovation, expansion projects, which related to WRGC + HLB, FDAPS, and Plant Project Management.
To control and maintain a good quality of facility’s supply to support production needs such as UPW/ DIW's resistivity, WWT's discharge spec, supply gases, and chemicals spec, etc.
To drive the team towards departmental goals, business plans, and KPIs.
Department's routine operation activities and employee’s management.
Bright Idea, Coaching & Sharing Coordination.
Promote team to support for internal audit, cost down improvement, EHS sustainability, bright ideas, good catch, and other company programs.
Driver for water, gases, and chemicals saving for plant-wide.
Responsible, involve, and execute projects pertaining to plant improvement/ production expansion, tool hooks up and demob, renovation and etc.

RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, ie. Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, Chemicals, Electronics, or relevant field.
Minimum 9 years of progressive leadership experience in a Facility position.
Possess strategic Facility hands-on experience in managing the Facility team.
The candidate must know how to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word to maintain the various budgets, expense reports, and presentation reports.
The candidate must have a good command of English to communicate with plants from other countries.
Candidate must have good supervisory and management skills to lead a team comprises of various Engineering backgrounds towards departmental goals.
The candidate must have good interaction skills to develop teamwork within the Facility and other departments.
Able to work with ambiguity, be highly independent, and willing to take initiative, challenge and responsibilities.
