DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Able to work in a demanding set of functions and turn challenges into opportunity by applying problem solving tools and knowledge methodology.
-Responsible to drive Engineering/Project team for Fab yield, product efficiency and customer quality improvements.
-Responsible to support Quality team on supplier quality improvement.
-Responsible to manage yield related systems for operations team.
-Responsible to manage engineering change system for operation team.
-Responsible to plan and manage department budget.
RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
-Degree or Master's Degree majoring in photovoltaic, electrical engineering, physics, chemical engineering, material science or related field.
-Minimum 5+ years experience in wafer cell manufacturing, wafer fabrication or PV Cells/ Module manufacturing background + 3 years of management experiences is preferable.
-Analytical, able to perform risk analysis and mitigation with strong problem-solving skills (FMEA, 5 whys, 8D).
-Good command of computer knowledge including MS Windows applications.
-Good team player with good communication and negotiation skills.
