Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the Shopfront operations of serving walk-in customers, receiving telephone / email orders and processing them for product delivery, sample and customer payment collection.
  • Be the main liaison between Sales and Warehouse operations to ensure smooth communication of customers' order requests for accurate and timely delivery of laminates.
  • Liaise with KL Office and HQ Singapore for stocks inventory/indent, delivery schedules and customers’ requests.
  • Communicate directly and build positive relationships with customers on order requests, delivery and payment matters.
  • Service recovery and feedback management.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks when needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma holder with at least 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, independent and able to carry out work tasks with minimum supervision.
  • Multi-tasking, well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication and commitment in achieving team goals.
Interview and working location will be at Penang Office
