Kelayakan
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent.
- 5 years of working experience in beauty or related fields is required for this position.
- Good knowledge on digital and social platforms. Possess graphic design skill is a plus!
- Able to work under tight schedules.
- Possess strong networking and resourceful, with good problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with other departments.

Tanggungjawab
- Develop, implement and manage marketing plans to maintain our presence (digital) and be creative in creating brand awareness, promoting the company's products/services and driving prospects to conversions.
- Conceptualize marketing assets for advertising campaigns including content creation, PPC campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis.
- Identify trends, insights, marketing tools and emerging technologies to build new and creative goals.
- Liaise with Sales and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- To update and manage E-commerce related platform sales and operations, including of attending end users' inquiries and improve the performance of on-going campaigns.
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the budget including invoice payment, accruals, forecasting and expense reconciliation.
- Supervise and overseeing a telemarketer work performance.
