Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
- Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
- Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently

Tanggungjawab
- Compiling lists of prospective client businesses by using directories and other sources;
- Acquiring knowledge of product and services, market conditions and updating to clients
- Visiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities;
- Assessing clients’ needs and resources and recommending appropriate system and services
- Providing input to product design where products or services be tailored to suit clients’ and authority requirements
- Developing reports and proposals as part of sales presentations to demonstrate the use of goods or services;
- Estimating costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service;
- Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, and preparing and administering sales contracts;
- Arranging delivery of goods, installation of equipment and the provision of services;
- Reporting to management on sales made and the marketability of goods and services;
- Consulting with clients after sale to ensure a satisfactory resolution of any problems, and provide ongoing support.
