Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Candidate must fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin
Minimum 2 years working experience in handling full spectrum of Human Resources.
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
Experience in preparing management reports and presentation slides.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HR information systems, and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed.
Good understanding of the employment act, industrial relation act, and other related employment laws.
Specializing in payroll or equivalent.
Good strategic, interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be mature, self-motivated, committed and able to prioritize in order to close all matters.
Experience in Human Resources Generalist including Recruitment & Hiring Process.
Recruitment & Selection – Manage recruitment programs and process and maintain up to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related interview communication.Initate active sourcing for all open vacancy within recruitment KPI and make sure all new hire information are recorded in New Hire tracker and shared to HQ for future processing.
Payroll Management – In charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination with employee to ensure smooth and efficient payroll processing.
Performance Management – Coordinate with all HODs on performance appraisal exercise and compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.
Employee Record Management – Prepare staff correspondence letter, ensure that all staff personal file are properly maintained and staff info are up to date and updated to HR System.
Leave & Medical Management – E-Leave System setup and maintenance, and communication part for leave matter.
Employee Expenses Claims – Responsible for staff monthly expenses claims and provide feedback and suggestion to superior on improving claims process/ workflow.
Training & Development – Assist in implementing training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs.
People Management - Regularly meet up with employees & workers to build good relationship and to understand their work progress & satisfaction level. To promote equality, harmony and diversity as part of the culture of the Company
Responsible for administrative work of company vehicles including inspection, road tax renewal, insurance renewal, accident claims, summons and fleet cards.
