Kelayakan
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Production Related Field or Food Technology
- At Least 3 years' experience in the same industry and similar role (Preferably in Instant Coffee, Instant Tea and Non-Dairy Creamer)
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skill
- Excellent Planning Skill
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin (Fluently), English & Bahasa Malaysia
Tanggungjawab
- To work closely with sales team for the schedule planning
- To fully utilize the machine and equipment
- To monitor production flow closely and ensure IT is being carried out in line with company and regulatory requirement
- To monitor workers' performance
- To ensure all machine and equipment are in good condition on daily basis
- To ensure the cleanliness of the production area
- To ensure the production downtime is kept to a minimum
- To review the production flow and try to identify areas for improvements
